Leadership feedback
Middle managers, who correspond to the waist of the organization, must play a key role in the growth of the organization. Collect and share feedback from team members to help middle managers assess themselves and identify areas for improvement. This can also be used to design leadership training for middle managers.
• Conducted on a semi-annual or annual basis
• Conducted as needed when the mid-level manager feels it is necessary
• Level of managerial/emotional support as a manager/leader
• Clarity in setting team goals and direction
• Fairness in team member evaluations
• Whether effectively acting as a connector between the company vision and members
• It is recommended to use it as foundational data to enhance leadership rather than assessing the work competency of middle managers.
• For new team leaders, it is recommended to conduct this after a 3-6 month adjustment period.
